Sorry about that, I was under a lot of pressure to get it done in a short amount of time, and there are so many reasons/excuses... whatever you want to call them for me to use your work and edit it like I did and I fully accept that I should have asked permission first, I have been checking back on dA periodically but apparently not enough. I will get the image removed as soon as the other admin returns from his temporary break I will ask him to change it to a different image, and possibly ask him to take the Splash page down because I feel it is unnecessary anyway.

Well at least you told me you used something from me, but most people usually ask for permission to use other people's art beforehand. And yes, I had every right know, or else that would have been called art theft if you haven't told me and if I had found out.

But now that you told me I want you to take down the current picture you have on the splash page. Why? 1) all you did was take the picture, invert it, put it on your front page with some text as an intro to your site, leading to nothing. Your website (currently) has no substance in it. Why I would be concerned about this is because you pretty much n00bed up my picture to use in your website and I don't like it when someone makes a (crap) edit to my pictures without my consent. (If I'm sounding harsh, welcome to the internet) 2) I would prefer you ask me to make a custom picture/design for your splash page in the first place, because it would (A)Look better if drew a completely new picture for you, (B)Not look like crap, and (C)Be of formal transaction for you to ask permission from me to use me work on your site. So if you could take down the current picture on your splash page and ask me to create you another picture I would be willing to do so.
